How do you ship your Mosaics?
Our Mosaics are Shipped Rolled ( like a rug) from our workshop in Lebanon via DHL Express.Shipping rate is $3  per pound to anywhere in the world and are inclusive of handling and Insurance fees. Calculate the shipping cost of your custom mosaic by clicking here.

What if my mosaic was received broken?

We have less than 0.2% damage rate and we also insure every mosaic shipped so in case of damage or loss you will be fully reimbursed.

How long does my shipment usually take?
You should expect your shipment in 3-5 business days if in stock. We will send you a tracking number once your mosaic has been shipped.

If not in stock or for custom mosaics, the lead time to receive your order is 2 to 4 weeks only.

For larger orders or if your not in a hurry to receive your order we can ship by sea and it would take 3 months to receive your order; Please send us an e-mail to info@mozaico.net and we will be happy to answer to all your needs and enquiries.

How do you consider your quality compared to what is available in the market?
We claim to have the highest quality in the market and on par with Italian manufacturers whose prices are way too expensive ( sell for $250 per sq.ft)

Do you customize your mosaics?
Yes we can customize any photo you provide us. Just email us a  photo of what you like to be done in mosaics with sizes and you will get a free non-obligatory quote within 24hrs.  Also any design you see in our website can be customized as to colors or sizes.

I can't tell the colors from the image on your website?
In this case we can send you a color chart and you pay only shipped fees. Please email us your address.

Do you offer installation service:
We can do Mosaic installation jobs in Florida and Orange County,CA area.
Also we can do Mosaic installation jobs in other areas if customer is willing to pay travel and accomodation expenses

We accept major credit card payments through paypal ( www.paypal.com ) .

Are all of your Mosaics made by hand?
Yes. Mozaico prides itself in creating fully handmade mosaics from all natural marble and semi-precious stones, based on the same techniques used by the Greek, Romans and the Byzantinians.

What guarantees do you offer?
Mozaico has a long list of satisfied customers. We guarantee every piece we sell. We have a 60 day return policy (excluding shipping costs in both directions) in which you may return your mosaic to our U.S warehouse if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Is your Mosaic frost Resistant?
Yes our mosaics can withstand any weather conditions and also are resistant to all chemical if installed in a swimming pool

Can we install our mosaic outdoor or in swimming pool?
Yes our mosaics can be placed anywhere.

Is installing Mosaic difficult?
You can install your mosaic yourself and it is very similar to installing normal ceramic tiles.

Do I need to grout my mosaic?
Grout is not necessary for interior wall but a must for floor installation and exterior wall or a wall exposed to water or cooking such as bathroom or kitchen.

What is the finish of my mosaic:

Your mosaic comes honed with a varnish to give a wet look but can be antiqued or polished for a 20% extra charge
